What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we store the name, email address, budget, property type and message you submit, plus the page you sent it from and the date. That is all. We do not ask for a telephone number and we do not call.

Why

To reply to you and, if you ask us to, to introduce you to local brokers. We may be paid a referral fee by a broker; you are never charged.

How long

Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Ask us earlier and we will delete immediately.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap and web fonts from Google Fonts when you open a page that uses them; those providers see your IP address as part of serving the file. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion. Write to hello@apartmentinsofia.com and we will act within 30 days.

Data we publish

Aggregate market statistics on this site derive from publicly advertised property listings and from OpenStreetMap. They contain no personal data, and we do not republish individual listings, photographs or seller contact details.
